Freight charges

The incurring standard freight and packaging charges result from the destination of your delivery:

For deliveries within Germany and deliveries within EU-countries (excluding Germany) you will find the incurring freight charges immediately on-screen within the product description. It applies:

• If an article shows a basic freight price, the computation of the freight charges comprehends this basic freight price only once plus the additionally quoted forwarding costs per sales unit.
• For all articles from the Foeldeak® range with freight charges 7.90 € (within Germany) or 19.90 € (within EU-countries), respectively, those shipping cost will be charged only once per order, no matter how many pieces you buy.
• For all other articles the shown freight charges are to be considere as costs per unit.
• For orders of a merchandise value of 1300.- € and above, no freight charges will be invoiced for delivery within Germany.

The order´s total freight charges will be displayed in the course of order transaction within your shopping basket.

For deliveries worldwide (outside EU-countries), the incurring freight charges will be specified in your order confirmation via e-mail within 2 working days.

Delivery status

	Delivery Status 3 - In Stock Delivery within Germany: approx. 2-4 working days Delivery within EU: approx. 5-10 working days Delivery worldwide: delivery period will be specified in your order confirmation via e-mail within 2 working days
	Delivery Status 2 - Available at short Notice Delivery within Germany: approx. 10-15 working days Delivery within EU: approx. 15-20 working days Delivery worldwide: delivery period will be specified in your order confirmation via e-mail within 2 working days
	Delivery Status 1 - Order-related Production The delivery period will be specified in your order confirmation via e-mail within 2 working days.

Payment methods

Safe and easy by prepayment via bank transfer – no banking charges within the EU and Germany.
You will receive the relevant banking data via e-mail in your order confirmation right after the order process.
Exeption: Delivery status 1 and delivery worldwide (see above). Here you will receive the relevant banking data together with your order confirmation via e-mail within 2 working days.
Please do not fail to specify the number of the order confirmation when filling in the bank transfer!
