Durably dimensionally stable and extremely robust

The mat core is made of high quality composite foam, which is held together by ZEBRA’s proprietary process. The special mat core provides safety and cushioning during throwing, bumping, falling and impact. It also reduces noise pollution and helps with thermal insulation, which can reduce your gym’s heating costs. Thanks to the high stability, depending on the frequency of use, the product has a service life of 15 years.

Slip resistant all around

The mat core is covered with a durable, reinforced vinyl that is, of course, phthalate-free. An antibacterial coating inhibits the growth of microorganisms. The closed-cell structure prevents sweat or other moisture from penetrating the mat core. By equipping the underside with a non-slip natural rubber, the tatamis stay in place even during hard training. The upper side also provides an optimal grip for kicking techniques and minimize the risk of slipping when throwing techniques. And yet the smooth surface is optimal for no-gi training and minimizes the risk of mat burn that can result from a surface that is too rough.
