The Foeldeak® GladiatorWall is designed for indoor strength and conditioning training.
It is easily installed in your wrestling or training room on any empty wall. The wall allows a variety of strength, conditioning,
and isometric training as well as explosive power exercises.
Additional accessories can be connected to the wall and allow total body training.

The only thing that looks still new after 20 years in a gymnasium are the wooden wall bars. And why? They are virtually
never used! Because reasonable exercises as regards sports physiology are nearly impossible and because they can only be used effectively for
a few functional gymnastic exercises.
The Foeldeak® GladiatorWall is totally different. It has been developed by absolute sports pros who use it daily; everything is just right. The distances between the bars are aligned exactly with the body dimensions and leverages of the practicing athletes. Thus, very different and fundamentally more effective power, shape, and elasticity exercises are possible.
It is a decisive fact for the exercise fun and thus the success during a later competition if you can place your foot without wrenching simply on the suitable bar, or if the overhang with its sturdy chin-up bar is positioned far enough from the other bars, thus offering really a lot of space.
The extremely robust timber frame featuring nine hardwood bars can be mounted easily by means of the four included bolts and dowels to every massive concrete or timber wall or to solidly anchored steel beams.
